私たちの使命は“関わる人たちのよい習慣作りと人生をよりよいものに変えること”ができるようにお手伝いをすることです。
年齢や性別など関係なく全てのメンバーに共通する目標は、クラスに参加する毎に/帰宅する時に『変化』ー「前よりよくなった！動けるようになった！」を感じてもらうことです。
私たちコーチ陣は、メンバー一人ひとりが今感じている心身の限界を少しでも超えられるように可能性を引き出すことが最も重要だと考えています。
これから加わるメンバーの皆さんに必要なことは、決して難しいものではありません。ー”Be healthy, Be kind, Be strong” : 健康に！周りの人に優しくそして強く！あること。

日常生活に必要な動作を行い全身の筋肉を短時間で鍛えていきます。
目的とレベルに合わせコーチが日々のメニューをプログラムします。
メンバー同士でクラスを盛り上げたり
励まし合いコミュニティーも広がります。

Perform the movements necessary for daily life and train the muscles of the whole body in a short time.
The coach will program the daily menu according to the purpose and level.

CrossFit L.I.F.E Class
人生。 「Longevity In Functional Efficiency」の略で、その目的は、さまざまな機能的動作を利用して生活の質と長寿を向上させるというクロスフィットの基本原則の恩恵を受けられない人は、年をとりすぎたり、体型が崩れたりする人はいないということを証明することです。
また、安全で効果的なトレーニングも提供します。これは、競争や強度よりも、可動性と寿命に重点を置いたクロスフィットの「穏やかな」バージョンです。このプログラムは、メンバさんーを今いるところからスタートさせ、彼らが想像していた以上の場所へ連れて行きます。
L.I.F.E. stands for “Longevity In Functional Efficiency” and its aim is to demonstrate that no one is too old or out-of-shape to benefit from the basic CrossFit principles of utilizing a variety of functional movements to enhance the quality and longevity of their lives.
L.I.F.E. also offers safe, effective workouts – a “gentle” version of CrossFit with more emphasis on mobility and longevity and less on competition and intensity. This program starts members where they are and takes them to more than they thought they could be.
Wellness Class
ウェルネスクラスでは、
始めに怪我のないようにストレッチ→メニュー説明→クールダウンストレッチをします。
１クラスの運動時間は、３０分間のサーキットトレーニング。
継続する事により、体力に自信が付きます。
無理なく運動習慣を身に付け健康になりましょう。
The Wellness Class
First, stretch to prevent injury → menu explanation → cool down stretch.
Exercise time for one class is 30 minutes of circuit training.
By continuing, you will gain confidence in your physical strength.
Get in the habit of exercising and stay healthy.

ヒップ引き締めを強化するトレーニングです。
重要なボディラインを美しく鍛えられ
メリハリのあるボディを手にいれましょう。
This class focuses on strengthening the glutes and shaping up the hips.
Tone your body, improve your body lines.
週によって強化する部分を変更します(腕、肩、胸、足、お尻)身体のバランスを整えます。
日常生活で行う動作（歩く・走る・起き上がる・拾う・持ち上げる・押す・引く・跳ぶなど）をベースとしたトレーニングです。
短い時間で「有酸素運動」と「無酸素運動」を全力で行うことにより、
年齢問わず効率的に全身を鍛えることができます。
This Class is based on daily activities (walking, running, getting up, picking up, lifting, pushing, pulling, jumping, etc.).
By performing "aerobic exercise" and "anaerobic exercise"
You can train your whole body effectively regardless of your age.
Kids Fitness (crossfit Kids)
子供やティーン向けのエキサイティングで楽しいエクササイズ方法。
身体を動かして行きます。
このクラスでは、交流・協力・支え合う方法を学びます。
同時に挑戦し、体力と能力を高めて行きます。
Exciting and fun way for kids and teens to exercise.
Challenge and improve their physical strength and ability while learning how to interact, cooperate and support each other.
