本規約は、CrossFit ILF（以下「当ジム」といいます）が提供する施設・サービスを会員（以下「利用者」といいます）が利用するにあたり遵守すべき事項を定めるものです。

These Terms of Use outline the rules and conditions members must follow when using CrossFit ILF facilities and services.

本規約は、当ジムの施設・プログラム・サービスを利用するすべての利用者に適用されます。

These Terms apply to all members and users of the gym, its programs, and services.

1. 入会金・月会費・チケット料金は、当ジムが定める金額をお支払いいただきます。
    
2. 支払方法・期限は、特定商取引法に基づく表記に準じます。
    
3. いかなる理由でも、入会金・月会費・チケット料金等は返金いたしません。
   Members must pay admission fees, monthly dues, and ticket fees as specified. All payments are non-refundable.
    

1. 利用者はスタッフの指示に従い、安全に配慮して施設を利用してください。
    
2. 飲酒・違法薬物使用・迷惑行為は禁止します。
    
3. 他の会員やスタッフに対する暴言・ハラスメント行為は禁止します。
    
4. 施設内は原則禁煙です。
   Members must follow staff instructions, act safely, and avoid disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior.
    

1. 利用者は自己の健康状態を管理し、体調に異常がある場合は利用を控えてください。
    
2. 利用中の事故・怪我について、当ジムは故意または重大な過失がない限り責任を負いません。
   Members are responsible for their own health condition. The gym is not liable for injuries except in cases of gross negligence.
    

1. 月会員が退会を希望する場合は、解約希望月の〇日前までに所定の方法でお申し出ください。
    
2. 利用者が本規約に違反した場合、当ジムは利用停止または会員資格を取り消すことができます。
   Members must follow the cancellation policy (e.g., 14 days before). Violation of rules may result in suspension or termination.
    

天災地変・災害・感染症流行・行政指導等、当ジムの責に帰さない事由により施設を休業する場合、会費・チケット料金の返金・補償はいたしかねます。

In cases of force majeure (disasters, government orders, pandemics), fees will not be refunded.

利用者の個人情報は、当ジムの運営目的の範囲内でのみ利用し、法令に従って適切に管理します。

Personal data will be handled appropriately and only used for operational purposes, in compliance with applicable laws.

当ジムは必要に応じて本規約を改訂することができます。改訂後の規約は、掲示または通知した時点から効力を有します。

The gym reserves the right to revise these Terms. Changes will take effect once posted or notified.

本規約は日本法に準拠します。万一紛争が生じた場合は、那覇地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Naha District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
